1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account on the Hong Kong School Activity Service Matching Platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not register or use the Platform.
2. Platform Description
The Platform is an online service that connects schools, educational institutions, and other organizations with service providers and venue partners for the purpose of planning and booking school activities. The Platform provides instant quotation, service catalog browsing, and partner management tools.
3. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to register. You represent that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete. School staff and PTA members may be required to verify their identity through official school email (.edu.hk) or by uploading proof documents.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Quotations and Pricing
Instant quotations generated by the Platform are estimates based on the information provided and are subject to final confirmation. The Platform reserves the right to adjust pricing based on specific requirements, availability, and other factors. Quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
6. Service Providers and Venue Partners
Registered service providers and venue partners are responsible for the quality, safety, and legality of the services they offer. The Platform acts as an intermediary and does not directly employ or guarantee the services of any partner. Partners agree to the Platform's commission structure and payment terms.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
We respect your privacy and handle personal data in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of Hong Kong. Information collected during registration and use of the Platform is used for account management, service delivery, and communication purposes. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
8. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not use the Platform for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose. This includes providing false information, harassing other users, infringing intellectual property rights, or attempting to disrupt the Platform's operations.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or services obtained through it.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-platform notice.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
